We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to play a key role in streamlining our marketing efforts and supporting our continued growth. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our marketing engines run smoothly, allowing us to deliver exceptional results to our customers.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:

HubSpot Champion: Own the setup and maintenance of our HubSpot platform and those of our customers, including user management, blog configuration, email setup, reporting, and dashboard creations.

Process Architect: Develop and implement standardized project startup and engagement management processes, ensuring our teams follow best practices.

Knowledge Curator: Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of marketing processes and tools, empowering the team to operate efficiently.

Continuous Improvement Advocate: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize marketing workflows, champion best practices, and drive efficiency.

Engagement Manager: Support the execution of marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Client-Facing Growth: Support client projects, providing HubSpot expertise and training.
Requirements
What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Operations Specialist, ideally within an agency setting.

Solid HubSpot expertise and proficiency with key social media platforms, e.g., LinkedIn.

Solid understanding of B2B marketing approaches and business development principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong desire to improve processes and drive efficiency.

The ability to make complicated things easy.
